Data & Account Deletion

You can delete your PetLover account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, in line with our commitment to your privacy and with the requirements of Meta/Facebook Login.

The fastest way is directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, pets, records, photos, and documents.

Send an email to quocanh1801@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed up with Facebook, Google, or Apple, include the name on your account so we can locate it.

We verify the request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. We’ll email you to confirm once it’s done.

Removing the PetLover app from your Facebook settings stops future data sharing, but it does not delete the data already stored by PetLover. To delete that data, use the steps above.

• Your account and login identities (email, Google, Facebook, Apple).
• Your profile and all pet profiles.
• Health records, reminders, documents, and photos you added.
• Community posts, comments, and activity associated with your account.

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for fraud prevention, after which they are permanently deleted.
